zwist01.JPGOtto Müller died aged 53, leaving behind his wife, sons Heinz and Bert and a Drinks wholesaler „Schluckspecht GmbH“ which he controlled until the end. After Otto’s death the family discovered, to their dismay, that he had only left a hand written will in which he had bequeathed his drinks wholesalers to his sons. The taking over of the business was also not regulated by the father during his lifetime.

Unfortunately the brothers cannot come to agreement about the taking over of the drinks wholesaler and the need for urgent action exists. The brothers therefore decide to inform themselves over the mediation of the issue outside of the court system.
